Faith in Action (and Food Drive)

Sunday, April 26

Food4Kids Food Drive

Help Grace make an impact addressing food insecurity in our local community! We will be collecting non-perishable food items for both our Grace Mini Food Pantry and Food4Kids Backpack Program through the next few weeks! On Faith in Action Sunday (April 26), we will transport donated items to Food4Kids and help organize them in their warehouse, as well as assist with any other needs they may have that day. Please bring all donations to the church by April 26th! We’d love to have you join us in feeding our neighbors in need!

On Sunday, April 26, we are suspending church services and we are worshipping Jesus by going out and serving the community at different project sites. This is a great way for us to see all that God is doing around Gainesville and find opportunities to serve long-term.

Most projects will meet at the church at 9am for a short time of commissioning. Then we leave to our different projects. There will be supplies for you to pack your own sandwich lunch, but feel free to bring your own food if you prefer.

There will be a few sites available for full families to serve at. Grace is not offering childcare that morning.

T-shirts are for sale! These are optional, but highly encouraged! We’d love for you to wear this shirt anytime we are engaging in service opportunities year-round! Each shirt is $10. Use the button below to buy yours.
